Bid review
Catch quote gaps before you bid
If you resell IT and security gear to cities and schools, Faze checks each quote against the RFQ.
What you get back

You send the paperwork. Faze sends back one report: every product the buyer asked for, with part number, quantity and spec, and each supplier quote line set beside it.
Before you bid, the report shows:
What is missing: accessories, licenses, warranties and services the RFQ asks for that no quote covers.
What was substituted: a quoted part that is not the part the RFQ names.
Where dates and terms conflict: delivery, quote expiration against the bid-hold period, and payment terms.

How it works

- 1Upload the RFQ, its amendments and the supplier quotes.
- 2Faze checks each quote line against what the RFQ requires.
- 3Read one report and decide what to fix before you bid.

$250 per review
One payment per review, at launch. A review covers 1 bid and up to 50 line items. Larger bids are quoted separately.
Faze is the only bid review service that checks every quote line against the RFQ it answers, cites the page or row behind each finding, and has a bid veteran sign off before the report reaches you.
